Banking Code
The Banking Code was drawn up by the Dutch Banking Association (NVB) and was first published in September 2009. The Banking Code lays down the principles by which Dutch banks should conduct themselves in terms of corporate governance, risk management, audit and remuneration.The Banking Code helps to increase awareness of the role of banks and their responsibilities towards society.
Application of the Banking Code
